Responsibilities
- Communicates, coordinates and maintains the appointment agenda between the Insurance Manager and other departments and/or third parties/insurance contacts.
- Maintains office files and records.
- Assists in all administrative activities.
- Receives and refers visitors and telephone callers.
- Distributes mail and responds with formal letters to routine requests.
- Assembles relevant data as directed.
- Produces a variety of correspondence and reports.
- Handles administrative aspects of Group Medical Program.
