About the Role
Commercial Lines Account Manager – responsible for servicing new business requests, maintaining client and carrier relationships, and overseeing the renewal process of existing business for Small‑Market Commercial Lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to identify exposures, determine appropriate solutions, and advise on best fit.
- Develop marketing specifications and remarketing strategies for renewals of an assigned book of business.
- Network within the local community by attending industry events and training.
- Provide professional and prompt customer service via phone and email on new and existing client accounts, addressing topics such as coverage, billing, claims reporting, audits, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Lead the maintenance of positive, long‑term relationships with clients, insurance carrier representatives, and NFP staff.
