Designing end‑to‑end learning journeys (blended learning, classroom training, digital learning, social learning, and learning on the job) based on learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE),
Defining learning objectives and creating storyboards and instructional concepts that transform complex content into clear, engaging, and positive learner experiences,
Designing and developing classroom training as well as modern e‑learning formats,
