We are looking for a talented Instructional Designer who thrives in a creative and collaborative environment. You will be responsible for working with Stakeholders and SME’s to design and develop Learning Courseware for the Healthcare industry.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop engaging learning experiences across multiple modalities, including eLearning, instructor-led, virtual-led, and blended learning
• Develop clear learning objectives, curriculum structures, and assessment strategies aligned to business outcomes
• Develop high-quality learning materials using a variety of tools and technologies (e.g., Articulate 360, multimedia, video and visual design tools)
• Apply adult learning principles, instructional writing, and visual design standards to ensure effective knowledge transfer
