Institutional Investment Sales Manager (Defined Contribution)


Location: Western Canada or Toronto (Hybrid)



Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 base + variable commission (OTE $115K+) + RRSP

An established investment firm has created a new opportunity within its Institutional Sales team. This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and a defined succession path into a VP-level position long term.



The Opportunity

Partnering with the VP, Institutional Sales (Defined Contribution), you will play a key role in driving growth across Western Canada and Ontario by:

Supporting the development and execution of market penetration strategies

Building and managing relationships with plan sponsors and institutional clients

Partnering on business development initiatives and territory planning
