What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years recent HVAC experience with furnaces, central & ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters (including tankless)
• Valid Gas Fitter B License
• Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Clear criminal record
• Strong technical and customer service skills with proven company metrics in prior roles
• Experience in HVAC lead generation and CPP enrolments
• Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
