Our client is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Supervisor to oversee sales administration activities, support internal and external customers, and lead a high-performing inside sales team. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who can balance team management, process improvement, customer support, and commercial coordination within a technical manufacturing environment.

The role

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, improving internal processes, supporting quoting and order activity, and ensuring a strong level of service across the customer journey.
