In our team you will contribute to Space Mission Softwareprojects within the Engineering Studies Section, part of the Flight Segment
& Robotics Business Unit.

In this Earth Observation Simulation Engineer role you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Analysing
technical documentation describing the instruments onboard space missions.
• Analysing
and/or defining algorithms to simulate the behaviour of different payloads.
• Coding and
unit testing algorithms in C++ and/or Python to simulate the behaviour of
different payloads.
• Implementing
additional functionalities in C++ and/or Python to support the simulation
framework.
• Integrating
and orchestrating the algorithms into an integrated application.
• Performing
system testing.
• Reporting
validation results and correcting identified errors.

the maintenance of software infrastructures, including continuous integration,
