About the Role

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect (IT Service Design) to oversee the design, integration, and transition of IT services across a complex and distributed enterprise environment. The role involves working across various IT disciplines to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with best practice frameworks. Looking for strong technical and architectural expertise, combined with a good understanding of service management and cyber security standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the design of end-to-end IT services, including SLAs, support models, and transition plans.

Ensure service designs comply with ITIL, NIST, and NIS2 standards, and are integrated with ServiceNow.

Lead the re-engineering of existing services and development of new ones for improved performance, user performance and compliance.
