Responsibilities - You’ll oversee and deliver a seamless onboarding and orientation experience for new employees.
- You’ll ensure new hire documentation is completed accurately and within required timelines.
- You’ll partner with Mobility and hiring managers to support new hires requiring sponsorship.
- You’ll maintain accurate, confidential employee records within HR systems with strong attention to detail.
- You’ll coordinate with IT and hiring managers to ensure employees receive equipment, system access, and tools before their start date.
- You’ll manage laptop provisioning and deployment, including device imaging and setup for LATAM employees.
- You’ll coordinate primary and secondary laptop assignments to support both client and internal access needs.
