About the Role
This is a hands-on Account Management role focused on new business development and account growth. You will be expected to build your territory through consistent prospecting, job site visits, and daily customer interaction. This role suits someone who is competitive, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect daily and identify new business opportunities
- Get on active job sites and build relationships face-to-face
- Open and develop new accounts
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through consistent contact
- Quote, source, and process orders through POS
- Follow up on backorders and high-volume opportunities
- Coordinate deliveries to keep customer jobs moving
- Expand product lines within accounts
- Hit activity and revenue KPIs tied to performance and bonuses
