Responsibilities
Lead the development and continuous improvement of preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtimeAnalyze equipment performance, failure trends, and maintenance data to identify root causes and implement long-term corrective actionsDefine and monitor key maintenance KPIs (., uptime, MTBF, MTTR, schedule compliance) to drive performance improvementsMaintain and enhance CMMS data integrity, including asset hierarchies, maintenance histories, and work order qualityDevelop standardized maintenance procedures, job plans, and asset care strategies in collaboration with maintenance teams and OEMsSupport and lead root-cause analysis investigations (RCA) for critical equipment failures and implement sustainable corrective actionsCollaborate with operations to align maintenance planning with production requirements while minimizing disruptionPro...
