Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking an Industrial Electrician to join one of our large clients in the automotive industry. Electricians are responsible for safely troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Day to day, this includes responding to equipment breakdowns, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting minor improvement projects across automated and manual processes. The role involves reading and interpreting electrical schematics and prints, basic PLC troubleshooting (Siemens or Allen Bradley), and working with equipment such as stamping presses, robotics, welders, and pneumatic systems. In addition, the Electrician supports continuous improvement initiatives, maintains strong safety standards, and may assist in building new equipment and training apprentices as needed.
