The Ts'its'ixwnítway Member Services Department is seeking an experienced leader to manage our Income Assistance program during this important 6-month term. As Income Assistance Manager, you'll oversee a dedicated team providing essential financial support to Squamish Nation members in need, while upholding our values of compassion and community care.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team of 8+ staff delivering Income Assistance services
  • Ensure compliant administration of ISC program guidelines
  • Manage program budgets and resource allocation
  • Develop service improvements for vulnerable populations 
  •  Maintain accurate records and reporting
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning
