Step into a leadership role as a Community Inclusion Services Team Leader in Oliver, overseeing front-line staff and managing community support operations efficiently.
In this 40-hour work week, you'll be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising Community Support Workers. Collaborating with the Program Director, you’ll ensure compliance with individual plans, address operational issues, and foster a supportive atmosphere for staff and clients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct screening interviews and manage staff hiring
• Provide oversight at service locations and address staffing issues
