Full‐time Bookkeeper needed for a growing bookkeeping firm with four locations in Greater Austin and a new office planned in Cedar Park.
The role focuses on monthly financial statement preparation, payroll services, tax preparation, and client communication.
Responsibilities
Prepare unaudited financial statements and review them monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Manage bookkeeping for 15+ clients, including bank account reconciliations.
Process weekly and bi‐weekly payroll, including payroll taxes.
Prepare financial statements, tax returns, sales tax, franchise, and unemployment tax filings.
Handle tax planning and strategy for entities and individuals.
Conduct audits of journal entries and correct errors on P&L and balance sheets.
Analyze financial statements, government reports, and TWC reports.
Communicate regularly with multiple clients and provide customer service.
Assist with various tasks and projects as needed.
