This role requires a seasoned professional with 5+ years in software implementation and at least 2 years in client management, particularly in the Benefits/HR/payroll industry. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, team coaching, and ensuring project deadlines are met while continually seeking service improvements to benefit clients.
