The Implementation Lead, Support Services - UHNBC Tower is responsible for leading the coordination and completion of projects, initiatives and operational readiness of Food, EVS (Environmental Services) and Laundry Services within the UHNBC Tower expressly assigned by the Chief Project Officer (UHNBC). The incumbent provides project management, process improvement and change management leadership, expertise, education, facilitation and coaching to team members assigned to priority operational projects related to the UHNBC Tower Project.
