Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, timely support for service desk requests (phone, web, email) utilizing remote diagnostic tools.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network infrastructure components.
- Administer and maintain network firewalls, switches, and endpoint security (antivirus, EDR, MDR).
- Assist with the architecture and design of network and server solutions.
- Build trust and establish effective communication with customers and partners.
