This role provides a unique opportunity to assist patients in need of critical care during a maternity leave cover. You will evaluate patients, provide essential treatments, and lead emergency procedures while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Your leadership and decision-making will be vital in ensuring optimal patient outcomes in the ICU.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and coordinate care for critical patients
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor treatments
• Conduct ECGs for patient assessment
• Take charge during Code Blue and supervise staff
• Assist in discharge planning and rounds with the team
