Role Description

We are seeking a full-time ICBC and Personal Lines Insurance Broker to join our team at our Burnaby, BC office. In this on-site role, you will provide expert guidance to clients on ICBC and personal lines insurance policies, assist with policy renewals and new applications, and provide personalized customer service. You will evaluate clients' insurance needs, offer tailored solutions, and process required documentation accurately and efficiently. Additionally, you will support clients in understanding their policy terms while maintaining an emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in ICBC Autoplan and Personal Lines insurance policies.
