Hybrid Financial Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Previous experience in a multinational company.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and budgeting processes.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Valid tourist visa to the U.S.
• Ability to travel to Miami quarterly for meetings.
• Proactive and detail‑oriented with strong analytical skills.
