Job Description

As a HVAC Technical Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and growing Bathica's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning offerings. Your goal is to provide the highest level of customer service by offering advice, technical product information, training, testing, recommendations, and other forms of technical support to Profit Centers. You will work with manufacturers to support and maintain Bathica's existing offerings, and to bring new ones to market. In addition, you will work to identify customer needs as well as promote HVAC products. 

Additional duties will include:

  • Demonstrating extensive and in-depth knowledge of HVAC products and their applications. 
  • Developing and maintaining critical documentation and resources, including the creation of new document templates when necessary
  • Providing expert technical guidance on HVAC products and installations in response to customer inquiries
