We are currently seeking an HVAC Maintenance Mechanic to work with Fluke's Facilities team at our corporate HQ facility in Everett WA. The HVAC Tech will maintain and repair the facility's structure, equipment, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. **Responsibilities:**

+ Repair and Maintenance of facilities HVAC systems including VAV Boxes, Humidifiers, exhaust fans, scrubbers, portable Chillers and rooftop package unites. Moves machinery and equipment, using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
+ Works with manufacturing or process engineering in the installation or repair of building plumbing and wiring required in the production process.
+ Works from blueprints, drawings or rough sketches.
+ Knowledge of Facility requirements to determine necessary repair or upkeep.
+ Able to perform general building maintenance tasks.
