The Leader of Human Resources plans, develops, recommends, and implements initiatives to drive a cultural transformation and support our transition to meaningful employee experience from onboarding to offboarding to improve our branding and position our company as the employer of choice. As part of our broader employee engagement work, this position will be partnered closely with leadership staff to ensure the support and success of every initiative.
