Position Details
Responsibilities
- Work closely with HRBPs in the US and Canada each day to address various requirements and inquiries.
- Supporting HR Operational Services team projects including but not limited to acquisitions, divestitures, and cross‑functional initiatives.
- Serving as Project Leader for initiatives, including enhancement work, functional improvements, training, and cross‑functional efforts.
- Independently managing projects or workstreams involving global HRBPs, COEs, IT, Finance, and other functions. Present findings, solutions, oversee testing, communication, training, implementation, and conduct meetings as required.
- Prioritizing tasks and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Articulating project goals, expectations, and updates to team members and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track.
