This role has been elevated to support business expansion, the integration of operations across multiple jurisdictions, and the development of scalable people practices that support long-term growth. As the sole HR leader, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while creating the structure, processes, and programs needed to support employees and managers across the business.
