**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Provide clear guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers on HR policies, regulations, and procedures.
+ Prepare salary proposals and conduct compensation and benefits analyses to support equitable, competitive decision‑making.
+ Produce HR metrics and reports, including turnover, absenteeism, hiring, headcount, and benefits utilization.
