Hotel Cipriani, A Belmond Hotel, is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a maternity cover period. This individual will be responsible for managing and coordinating all HR functions, actively contributing to the hotel's success by overseeing strategies related to talent acquisition, training and development, HR systems and people management activities.
Primary Responsibilities Include
- Manage employee relations and support Management in resolving personnel-related matters.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires, ensuring the attraction of top talent for Hotel Cipriani.
- Plan, develop, and implement training sessions and learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Analyze and present detailed HR reports, providing strategic insights to Management.
