The HR Manager for a cocoa manufacturing plant is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources activities within the plant, including HR management, employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, training and development, and performance management. The HR Manager leads and supports a team of HR Generalists, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining a productive and compliant workforce in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The HR Manager reports directly to senior leadership and works closely with department heads to understand staffing needs, improve employee engagement, and ensure adherence to safety and labor laws.
