Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

HR Admin Support

1. Provide Administrative support to HR Team,
2. Conducts file audit as assigned by senior staff,
3. Produce and distribute HR documents as duly assigned by Senior staff.

Filing and Archiving

1. Filing and Archiving of all HR Documents,
2. Ensure the physical filing system of consultants and staff is updated,
3. Establish an online filing system for consultants by creating a SharePoint,
4. Maintaining New Employee records.
