Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of HR policies, procedures, programs, and relevant collective agreement provisions.Respond to day-to-day employee HR requests, redirecting inquiries where appropriate.Coordinate onboarding of new hires, including documentation, HRIS updates, and benefits enrollment.Process employee changes, promotions, etc.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems and benefit platforms.Administer training activities through the Learning Management System (LMS) and support L&D initiatives.Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and analytics to support decision-making.Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and reference checks.Provide logistical an...
