Managing recruitment, interviews, and onboarding for new employees. Advising and supporting managers on team management and employee relations matters. Ensuring compliance with HR practices, internal policies, and employment legislation. Coordinating the performance review process and following up with employees. Actively contributing to the development and maintenance of the company culture. Planning and coordinating training and professional development initiatives. Supporting initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and team engagement. Managing disability files and coordinating follow-ups with group insurance providers.
