Reports to: People & Organisation Director

Contract: Full-time and Permanent Position

Travel: this role will require occasional, planned travels, across Canada (mainly in AB, and occasionally in ON & QC.)

Your role @ Chanel

We are looking for an People & Organization (P&O) Business Partner for whom the main mission will be to support our Fashion division and Fragrance & Beauty (F&B) retail teams in Western Canada (Vancouver & Calgary), while partnering to manage employee experience, lead talent acquisitions, onboarding and learning and development. The role requires an in-person presence in the boutique at least 4 days per week, in order to best support our retail teams.
