In this position, you will partner closely with business leaders, giving counsel on HR matters and facilitating critical employee engagement initiatives. You will be instrumental in recruitment, training programs, and managing employee relations, ensuring a compliant and high-performance workplace.

• Coach leaders on sensitive HR issues with confidence
• Collaborate on talent acquisition and performance management
• Lead local recruitment efforts and coordinate hiring events
• Facilitate essential training, including onboarding
• Address employee relations and manage investigations
Requirements:
• Degree or equivalent experience; CHRP or similar certification
• 5-7 years of HR experience with comprehensive HR knowledge
