Key Job Responsibilities Include:
People Focus Area – Employee experience, engagement, talent development, and support
Assist with talent acquisition activities including talent acquisition, job profiles and evaluations, interviewing and screening, reference and background checks, and orientation and onboarding.
Provide frontline support for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
Participate in and/or coordinate employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition activities, as well as training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
Support the HR team and leadership throughout the organization with employee relations documentation and follow-up.
