Acts as the Human Resources main point of contact with department leaders for assigned portfolio to provide leadership and management on a range of HR services & strategic initiatives as the HR representative. Through deep knowledge of the client’s business, people and organizational needs, the strategic HR Advisor works independently with functional oversight provided by the Director Human Resources. Provides overall leadership coaching, development, diagnoses issues, recommends solutions and engages and brokers the appropriate resources to provide strategic HR services that support successful achievement of business objectives and goals across client Group(s) and the organization.
