What is the Opportunity?
The Human Resources Administrator provides high-volume, detail-oriented HR administrative support with a primary focus on onboarding, payroll coordination, and HRIS/organizational maintenance. This role ensures timely, accurate employee lifecycle transactions and partners with internal stakeholders to improve and standardize onboarding processes, documentation, and templates across the team. This is a 15-month contract opportunity.
What You'll Do Here:
Onboarding & Offboarding Administration
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring all required documents, approvals, and pre-employment requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Initiate and track onboarding tasks in the HRIS and related systems; ensure completeness of new hire records prior to Day 1.
