Human Resource Administrator
The Human Resources Administrator (HRA) is a key figure in the organization, tasked with supporting the administration of all HR actions. This includes the creation and implementation of policies and procedures, managing employee relations, supporting recruitment and selection, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The HRA is also responsible for providing functional support to the Executive Director and Program Manager to ensure effective and timely employee performance management and well‑being initiatives. They provide administrative support for employee relations matters, such as handling conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions. The HR administrator will be committed to maintaining a positive work environment that fosters growth, development, and success for all team members.
