Human Capital Manager  - Kenya

Role Purpose

Responsible for the development and monitoring the implementation of the Human Resource Management systems, policies and procedures to create a harmonious industrial and good organizational climate to attract and retain the requisite skill levels and mix to facilitate the achievement of the Company's business strategies.
