We are seeking an HSE Specialist for our Pikkala plant who is motivated to support the day‑to‑day occupational safety of our production and project activities—and to develop it even further. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of safety matters related to equipment, processes, and human behaviour. You act as an active promoter of safety culture, serving as an example and support to colleagues, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.

On average, you will spend about half of your working time on the production floor—sometimes even more. There, you can observe operations at a practical level, influence safety directly, and ensure smooth processes.
