We’re looking for a hands‑on HSE Lead to take full ownership of health, safety, and environmental performance on a flagship data centre project. This is a key site leadership role where you’ll act as the primary point of contact for all HSE matters, driving standards, influencing culture, and ensuring safe delivery across a fast‑paced, high‑value build.

You’ll be responsible for implementing and managing the complete HSE strategy on site, working closely with project leadership, contractors, and client representatives to maintain best‑in‑class safety performance. Alongside this, you’ll have the opportunity to build and develop a small HSE team as the project progresses.

Crucially, this role offers a clear pathway into a Regional HSE Manager position, overseeing multiple data centre projects across the Nordics and wider Europe.
