WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Operating, developing, and enforcing occupational safety, fire safety, and environmental protection systems Identifying risks and developing and monitoring preventive measures as well as regularly updating risk assessments Together with Production Managers, identify and record HSE training needs and provide company, departmental and individual level training and development for employees as required Develop, implement, and evaluate appropriate measures to improve HSE performance; raise HSE awareness and foster a safety-focused culture Participate in the development and refinement of the coordination of civil and military regulations Responsible for liaising with specialist advisors, occupational health specialists and specialist suppliers Participation in internal and external audits and inspections; addressing deficiencies
