Role Overview
This role supports HR processes at the manufacturing site in Petfurdo and covers the full employee lifecycle. You will work fully onsite from Monday to Friday and support employees and managers with daily HR administration. The role reports directly to the HR Business Partner and cooperates closely with internal teams and external providers.

Role Responsibilities
As a HR Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, amendments, and related documentation, in line with labor regulations and internal policies
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensuring data quality in the Huntsman Workday system
