YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute to the conception and implementation of HR projects collaborating closely with HR teams in Germany and Austria process optimization, new HR formats, tools or initiatives)Create presentations, decision papers and communication materials for various stakeholdersConduct general analyses and surveys and prepare data reportsSupport preliminary planning, event management and coordinationCooperate and negotiate with external service providers hotels, catering companies)Research and prepare information on HR-relevant topicsActively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, standards, and methodologies in an international context YOUR PROFILE:
