Administer U.S. benefit programs including health insurance, 401(k), short- and long-term disability, life insurance, dental, vision, and related plans.Act as a first and second-level contact for HR-related benefit inquiries from U.S.-based employees and managers.Serve as the subject matter expert for U.S. benefits, including eligibility rules, compliance, open enrollment, and audit requirements.Ensure all benefits administration complies with U.S. federal and state laws, including PPACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.Maintain process documentation and update internal knowledge bases.Ensure operational excellence and data integrity in HR systems.Support the full employee lifecycle: job offers, onboarding, benefit enrollments and changes, terminations, and post-employment benefit transitions.Deliver prompt, professional customer service with a solution-oriented mindset.
