YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding standardized HR and Global Mobility inquiriesOperational support of business travel, assignments, and relocation processesPreparation and coordination of mobility-related documentation, certificates and reportsSupport in ensuring compliance with labor law, internal policies, and mobility guidelinesCoordination with internal interfaces (HR Business Partners, Payroll, Global Mobility)Administration and maintenance of employee and assignment data in HR systemsActively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, standards, and methodologies in an international context YOUR PROFILE:
Completed education (apprenticeship, college, university, or equivalent) with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
