This role is responsible for managing and supporting local and global benefits processes, compensation‑related activities, and HR operational programs across the region. The position ensures accurate execution of HR transactions, continuous process improvement, and collaboration with internal HR teams, vendors, and stakeholders. It is an operational role with strong exposure to integral initiatives, system enhancements, and projects related to process optimization, inclusion, and career development.
