As our **HR People Partner** for our new **Hydro Holding** business, you will play a key role in shaping how our people experience the **integration into Danfoss** . Working closely with your Site HR colleague, you’ll support more than 300 employees (115 salaried, 200 hourly) across multiple European locations in Italy (Bologna, Pavia, Lecco, Ariano), United Kingdom (Oldbury) and Czech Republic (Mostkovice) and help create a strong, unified culture built on trust, collaboration, and shared purpose.
