The HR People Analytics Analyst plays a critical role in enabling a data‑driven HR function by transforming workforce data into insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing complex HR data to help leaders understand workforce health, organizational trends, and opportunities for improvement. This role collaborates closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Payroll & Timekeeping, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and business leaders to provide clear, actionable analytics that influence decisions related to talent, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.This position serves as both a technical analyst and an insights consultant—leveraging advanced data techniques, strong problem‑solving skills, and business acumen to diagnose issues and deliver meaningful recommendations.
